摘要
目的:研究表象训练对龋齿拔牙患者手术前焦虑及应激状况的影响。方法:97名患者随机分为A、B、C3组,实验过程中,B组患者观看自制龋齿拔牙手术视频,C组患者观看完视频后进行表象训练,A组不进行心理干预。手术前1个小时对患者进行焦虑的测评并抽血检测血浆皮质醇含量,进行数据分析。结果:表象训练组患者在焦虑量表上得分及血浆皮质醇浓度低于视频观看组患者,视频观看组患者在焦虑量表上得分及血浆皮质醇浓度低于对照组,且三者差异具有统计学意义(F=17.48,20.90;P<0.001);3组患者在焦虑量表上得分及血浆皮质醇浓度两两之间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:心理干预可以减少龋齿拔牙患者术前焦虑情绪,降低应激反应,且表象训练的效果要优于视频观看的方式。
Objective:To study the effect of mental practice on saprodontia patients' anxiety and mental stress before tooth extraction.Methods:97patients were selected and divided into three teams which marked Team A,Team B and Team C randomly.During the study,self-made short film was showed to patients in Team B,and the same short film was showed to patients in Team C,and the patients in Team C would have a mental practice class after the short film.Patients in Team A had no mental intervention.One hour before the surgery,patients were tested with anxiety questionnaire and the concentration of CORT was detected and compared.Results:Scores on anxiety questionnaire and concentration of CORT of patients in Team C were higher than that in Team B,while scores on anxiety questionnaire and concentration of CORT of patients in Team B were higher than those in Team A,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:Mental intervention can reduce mental anxiety and mental stress and the method of mental practice is better than the method of seeing a short film.
