摘要 针对交流电风扇能源效率测试的基本原理进行研究,设计了一套基于PLC的能源效率测试系统.重点讨论了风量测量的方法和注意事项,通过RS232C通信端口将计算机与PLC连接,实现对系统的运行控制、数据采集、计算与存储.选择定位精度高、具有反馈控制环的伺服电机机构,精确控制风速仪的移动,提高了系统的测试效率.明确给出风量、能效值的计算方法,并建立了数学模型.通过实例对风量和能效值的测量精度进行了分析,指出了各测量不确定度分量对测量结果的影响程度. The basic principle of energy efficiency testing system of ac electric fans was researched.An energy efficiency testing system of AC fans based on PLC was designed.Moreover,test method of air volume and notes were described mainly.Operational control of system and data collection,store and translation were achieved by computer,which is linked Programmable Logic Controller by communication interface RS232 C.Three high-accuracy positioning servo motors were used,which can control movement of anemometers accurately with the feedback control loop,and improve the testing efficiency.Computational methods of air volume and energy efficiency were given clearly,and their mathematical models were established.The precision analysis of air volume and energy efficiency were analyzed through experiment and calculation.The influence of standard uncertainty components was pointed out explicitly.
