摘要
目的：了解含毒性成分方剂金匮肾气片门诊治疗各种疾病情况,为临床安全、合理用药提供参考。方法：汇总2014年1-6月单用金匮肾气片处方59张（男性30例,女性29例）,结合查阅文献分析用药的合理性。结果：金匮肾气片用药患者以50~89岁用药占主导地位（91.52%）,单一诊断48例（81.36%）,排前3位的依次为腰痛15例、肾功能不全9例、肾功能异常和耳鸣各6例（75.00%）,其中9例患者日剂量符合说明书（2.16 g）推荐的剂量,与30例日剂量（3.08±1.07）g及腰痛患者11例的日剂量（3.53±1.51）g相比,差异有显著性（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）。结论：门诊金匮肾气片使用基本合理,但仍存在用药剂量偏大、用药频次偏多等情况,应加强对含毒性成分方剂的监管。
Objective： To investigate the rational use of Jinkui Shenqi tablet for patients in community hospitals, so as to provide references for clinical safe and rational drug use. Methods： A total of 59 outpatient prescriptions（30 males, 29 females） were collected from January to June in 2014, and the rationality of the drug use was analyzed on the basis of literature review. Results： The patients whose ages were between 50 to 89 accounted for 91.52% of total cases. Among the 48 cases（accounting for 81.36% of the total） with only one disease, the top three（accounting for 75.00% of the total） were low back pain（15 cases）, renal insufficiency（9 cases）, renal function abnormality and tinnitus（6 cases） respectively. Among all these cases, 9 patients with daily doses meeting specifications of 2.16 g were totally different from 30 cases with daily doses reaching（3.08±1.07）g（P〈0.05） as well as 11 cases with low back pain（ daily doses reaching 3.53±1.51 g）（P〈0.01）. Conclusion： The application of Jinkui Shenqi tablet was basically rational for patients in community hospitals. However, irrational uses of drugs were observed, such as the high dosage, frequency of the Jinkui Shenqi and so on, which should be supervised in clinic.
