摘要
目的:分析观察不同温度对血常规检验结果的影响。方法:选取笔者所在医院检验科2013年6月-2015年3月接收的126例参加健康体检的受检者作为观察对象,在受检者处于空腹状态时采集4 ml静脉血作为检验样本,分别在不同的温度下保存血液标本,保存时间为2 h,比较不同温度下血液检验指标。结果:冷藏组的PLT、WBC值均明显高于室温组,RBC、HGB及HCT值均显著低于室温组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);冷藏组与室温组的Hb值比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:不同温度下保存样本可对血液的检验结果产生一定的影响。
Objective：To analyze and observe the influence of different temperature on the routine blood test results.Method：126 cases of physical examination subjects were selected from June 2013 to March 2015 in our hospital as research object,4 ml venous blood were collected when the subjects in the fasting state as the test sample,respectively preserved the blood specimen in different temperature for 2 h.Compared blood tests indicators at different temperatures.Result：The values of PLT,WBC in refrigeration group were obviously higher than the room temperature group,the values of RBC,HGB and HCT were significantly lower than room temperature group,two groups of data comparison had obvious difference（P0.05）.The value of Hb in the two groups was no significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusion：Samples in different temperature can have influenced the blood test results.
