摘要
伴随着人口老龄化的日益加深,养老地产行业飞速发展。为了研究影响城市居民入住养老地产的因素,运用计划行为理论,结合感知价值和感知风险理论,建立综合模型,分析后得出以下结论:态度、知觉行为控制、主观规范对居民入住养老地产有直接影响,而感知价格和感知风险直接影响居民对入住养老地产的态度。
With the deepening of population aging, pension real estate industry develops rapidly. This paper tries to study the factors affecting urban residents to move into pension real estate through theory of planned behavior, perceived value and perceived risk theory and finally establish a comprehensive model. Research results show that residents' attitude, perceived behavioral control and subjective norms have direct impact on residents' will- ingness to move into pension estate, while the perceived price and risk directly affects the attitude of the residents toward pension real estate.
