摘要
针对超大型航天器整器振动试验难以进行状况,对用分级振动试验获取超大型航天器整器频响特性的方法进行了研究。从航天器各舱段模态试验数据中提取频响信息,用频响函数综合法计算整器频响函数矩阵,给出了计算模型。某卫星的计算结果与整器有限元频响分析数据比较,两者在低频段吻合良好,表明在无法通过整器小量级振动试验获取其频响特性时,用舱段频响函数综合获得整器频响函数的方法可行。
Aim to the situation that the vibration test of ultra-large complex spacecraft was difficult to carry out,the method to get the frequency response characteristics of whole spacecraft by the grading vibration test was proposed in this paper.The frequency response characteristics of a spacecraft's components were got from their modal test data.The spacecraft's frequency response characteristics were calculated by frequency response function coupling method.The calculation mode was given out.A comparison between the calculation results and the finite element simulation results about the spacecraft's frequency response characteristics showed that they were perfectly matched in low frequency band.It meant that the method proposed was effective and efficient when the small scale vibration test of an ultra-large and complex spacecraft couldn't be carried out to get its frequency response characteristics.
