摘要
目的:研究护理干预对外周静脉置管针更换时间的影响。方法:以121例患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组和护理干预组,观察患者静脉置管后5 d发生导管堵塞、药液外渗及静脉炎情况的比率,并进行比较。结果:静脉置管5 d,观察组不良反应出现的比率远高于护理干预组,比较有统计学意义。结论:八段锦第一式可延长外周静脉置管时间,减少不良反应的发生。
Objective：To study on effect of nursing intervention on the replacement time of peripheral vein catheterization. Methods：121 cases of patients were studied. They were divided into observation group and nursing intervention group Ratio of adverse reactions was observed. Ratio was compared. Results：On the fifth day,the rate of adverse reactions of observation group was much higher than nursing intervention group. The comparison was statistically significant. Conclusion：Baduanjin exercise can prolong the time of peripheral vein catheterization and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
