摘要
产教融合的时代背景对新建本科院校提出应用型人才培养的新要求。新建本科院校应通过采取改革人才培养方案、优化课程体系、采取多元化教学方法、推进实践教学和改革教务管理制度等措施构建"以能力为本位"的产教融合人才培养机制。
The fusion of industry and education proposes new requests on the cultivation of application-oriented talent in new undergraduate colleges and universities. New undergraduate colleges universities should construct the competency-based talent cultivation mechanism from the aspects of reforming the talent training scheme, optimizing the course system, adopting diversified teaching methods, promoting the practice teaching, and reforming the system of educational administration.
