摘要
采用半钢子午线轮胎胎面胶配方,进行促进剂TATD替代促进剂DPG的试验。结果表明,与促进剂DPG胶料相比,促进剂TATD胶料的加工安全性能好,硫化速度快,抗湿滑性能好,滚动阻力低。促进剂TATD作为一种不产生亚硝胺的环保促进剂可替代促进剂DPG使用。
Accelerator TATD was studied using the tread compound formulation of PCR tire andcompared with accelerator DPG. The results showed that, compared with the compound with DPG, theprocessing safety property of the compound with TATD was better,the curing rate was higher,the wet skidresistance was better and the rolling resistance was lower. In addition, TATD was an environmentally friendlyadditive which did not generate nitrosamine.
