摘要
自从厂网分开后,发电厂起动/备用电源若由邻近的变电站引接,除了要承担发电厂输电线路基建设备投资外,运行以后还要向电网公司长期支付昂贵的变压器基本电费,因此,各设计院和发电厂对新建项目工程反复优化设计方案,努力提高机组投产后的上网竞价能力。本文通过经济、技术和安全几个方面的比较与分析,对是否配置发电机出口断路器进行综合论述,得出发电机出口断路器配置的几点意见,可为建设全寿命周期内效益最大化高效电厂提供参考。
