中草药复合微生态制剂对急性肝损伤小鼠肝脏保护作用的研究 被引量:1

摘要 试验将研制的中草药复合微生态制剂灌胃急性肝损伤模型小鼠,观察其肝功能保护的作用。采用正交试验设计筛选获得具有保肝作用的最优中草药复合微生态制剂配方:白芍12 g、茵陈5 g、五味子6 g、板蓝根5 g,植物乳杆菌、粪肠球菌活菌数比例3∶1。灌胃该中草药复合微生态制剂提取液的急性肝损伤小鼠血清谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶和总胆红素水平分别较模型组降低72.47%、60.63%、61.56%;小鼠肝细胞切片观察,小鼠肝细胞排列整齐,肝细胞损伤减轻,细胞浊肿及空泡样变基本恢复正常。 The traditional Chinese medicine compound probiotics by Micro-ecological theory and the theory of traditional Chinese medicine were developed.By studying the liver protection effects of traditional Chinese medicine compound probiotics on the model mouse of acute liver injury,the best Chinese medicine compound probiotics formula with hepatoprotective effect was got.Herbal formula was white peony root 12 g,wormwood 5 g,schisandra 6 g,radix isatidis 5 g.The ratio of Lactobacillus to Enterococcus faecalis was 3 to 1.Serum alanine amino transaminase,aspartate aminotransferase and total bilirubin levels in the mouse of acute liver injury gavaged the Chinese medicine compound probiotics extract were 72.47%,60.63%,61.56% lower than those of the model group;Mouse liver cells arranged in neat rows,liver cell damage was alleviated,cells cloudy swelling and vacuolar degeneration returned to normal.
