摘要
目的：探讨综合护理干预对前列腺癌患者术后的应用效果.方法：选取2013年3月-2015年2月经某院泌尿外科确诊收治的前列腺癌患者84例,随机分为干预组和对照组,每组各42例.对照组患者采用常规护理,干预组在对常规护理的基础上应用综合护理干预,观察两组患者术后身体机能的恢复,并对患者术后发生并发症情况进行统计.结果：干预组患者术后留置尿管时间、肠道功能恢复时间、疼痛时间以及住院时间均短于对照组,且干预组患者并发症发生率明显低于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P 〈0.05）.结论：对前列腺癌患者术后采用综合护理干预措施,可以加快患者术后恢复,降低并发症发生率,具有较高的临床应用价值.
Objective:To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the patients with prostate cancer.Methods:Select 84 patients with prostate cancer received by a hospital from March 2013 to February 2015,they were randomly divided into intervention group and control group,42 cases in each group,the control group was treated with conventional nursing,and the intervention group was treated with comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of conventional nursing.The recovery of body function and the postoperative complications were observed in the two groups.Results:The time of indwelling urinary catheter,recovery time of intestinal function,pain and hospitalization time were shorter in the intervention group than in the control group,and the incidence of complications in the intervention group was significant-ly lower than that in the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing intervention measures for patients with prostate cancer after surgery can accelerate the recovery of patients,reduce the incidence of complications,and has a high clinical application value.
