摘要
商宪敏教授治疗糖尿病肾病常以正虚为主进行辨证论治,根据临床症状将其分为5型。阴虚热盛型治以滋阴清热,气阴两虚型治以益气养阴,脾肾气虚型治以补肾健脾、祛湿活瘀,阴阳俱虚型治以滋肾阴温肾阳、化瘀利湿,气虚阳衰、痰浊瘀阻型治以补气养血、健脾温肾、活血化瘀、化浊通腑。并根据患者具体情况进行加减用药,临床取得了较好的疗效。
According to the symptoms of diabetic nephropathy（ DN）,Professor SHANG Xianmin,differentiates DN into five TCM patterns to treat. Firstly,patients with pattern of extreme heat due to deficiency of yin are treated with the method of nourishing yin and clearing heat; secondly,those with pattern of qi and yin deficiency are treated with the method of notifying qi to nourish yin; thirdly,the TCM methods of reinforcing the kidney and strengthening the spleen,and eliminating damp and stasis are applied to the pattern of spleen-kidney qi deficiency; fouthly,the patients with pattern of deficiency of both yin and yang are undoubtedly treated with the methods of nourishing kidney-yin and warming kidney-yang,with of dispersing blood stasis and removing dampness; lastly,when the patients are suffered with patterns of phlegm accumulation and stasis,and qi deficiency and yang debility,the methods of tonifying qi and blood,warming kidney and fortifying spleen,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,and expelling turbid and purging fu must be performed. The procedure of syndrome differentiation and treatment is based on the TCM pathogenesis of vital-qi deficiency.
