摘要
目的探讨彩色多普勒超声对宫角妊娠的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析手术及病理证实的18例宫角妊娠超声特点及临床表现。结果 18例宫角妊娠患者中超声诊断正确14例,诊断符合率78%(14/18)。漏诊4例,分别为输卵管间质部妊娠2例;宫底偏右侧少量积液1例;宫内孕1例。结论彩色多普勒超声在宫角妊娠早期诊断中具有重要价值。
Objective To explore the value of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of cornual pregnancy.Methods The Ultrasonic characteristics and clinical manifestations of 18 cases of Cornual pregnancy confirmed by surgery and pathology were analyzed. Results Of 18 with cornual pregnancy 14 cases were diagnosed correctly,diagnostic coincidence rate was 77.7%（14/18）. Four cases were missed,respectively,two cases with interstitial tubal pregnancy;one case with partial right side effusion of the uterine fundus;one case with intrauterine pregnancy. Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound is valuable for the early diagnosis of cornual pregnancy.
