摘要
为了研究导入海岛棉染色体片段对新疆陆地棉纤维品质的影响,利用陆地棉和海岛棉染色体片段置换系杂交回交构建了2个BC2F1群体。利用SSR标记筛选鉴定BC2F1群体中含有海岛棉染色体片段的阳性单株,分别对2个BC2F1群体中阳性单株与非阳性单株的纤维品质性状进行比较分析。结果显示,在新陆早33号×CSSL-122的BC2F1群体中,阳性植株纤维长度显著高于非阳性植株;在金垦69-2×CSSL-122的BC2F1群体中,阳性植株纤维长度极显著高于非阳性植株,阳性植株的纤维强度、伸长率显著高于非阳性植株。说明导入外源海岛棉染色体片段,显著或极显著地提高了新疆陆地棉纤维长度、强度等性状。
Molecular markers of SSR were employed to accurately identify individual plants carrying the chromosome segments from Gossypium barbadense in two BC2F1populations( Xinluzao 33×CSSL-122) and( Jinken 69-2×CSSL-122).And the fiber quality traits between positive plants and non-positive plants in two BC2F1 populations were compared. The fibers of positive plants were significantly longer than those of non-positive plants. And fiber strengths and elongation rates of positive plants were higher than those of non-positive plants as well. It was suggested that introgressing alien chromosome segments from G. barbadense into Xinjiang upland cotton had significantly improved its fiber quality.
