摘要
针对含氟拒水剂不环保的缺点,采用无氟拒水整理剂WS CONC.赋予毛织物拒水性能。讨论了拒水整理剂WS CONC.质量浓度、催化剂BC质量浓度、焙烘温度和焙烘时间对毛织物拒水性能的影响。利用水滴接触角方法观察了毛织物的拒水性能。结果表明,在带液率为70%的情况下,较佳的整理工艺为:无氟拒水整理剂WS CONC.质量浓度60 g/L,催化剂BC质量浓度60 g/L,在170℃焙烘70 s。整理后,毛织物的初始拒水等级可达100分,5次干洗后仍可达75分,毛织物的手感不够柔软,颜色轻微泛黄,强力增加。
The aim of this study is to endow water repellency to wool fabric by using fluorine-free water repellent agent WS CONC.,thus avoiding the potential risk for environment from fluoroalkyl compounds.The influence of concentration of water repellent agent WS CONC. and catalyst agent BC, curing temperature and time on water repellency of wool fabric was disscussed. Water contact angle was used to observe water repellency of wool fabric. The results showed that the optimum finishing process was 70%take-up,fluorine-free water repellent agent WS CONC. 60 g / L,catalyst agent BC 60 g / L,and curing at170 ℃ for 70 s for 5 times. After finishing,the initial water repellent level of wool fabric was 100,and75 after dry cleaning for 5 times. The hand feeling of wool fabric was poor,the color became sightly yellowed,and the strength increased.
