摘要
科学构建区域高等教育国际化测评体系,精确评估区域国际化办学情况并引导本区域高等教育持续有序地开展国际化不但十分必要而且非常紧迫。为此,依照国际化文化、国际化行为、国际化效果三个层面,从分析区域高等教育国际化的基本要素入手,并将这些基本要素转化为具体指标,形成了兼顾不同层次和类型、定量指标和定性指标结合的宁波地区高等教育国际化测评指标体系。
It is necessary to build a scientific evaluating system of internationalization of higher education to accurately assess the current status of internationalized higher education for the sustainable internationalization of regional higher learning institutions. For this purpose, we will start with analyzing the basic elements of internationalization of regional higher education in the perspectives of the culture, behavior and effect of internationalization, thus integrating these elements into the quantitative and qualitative indicators in line with the evaluating needs of diversified higher learning institutions in Ningbo.
