摘要
目的:分析拉玛泽呼吸减痛分娩法对产妇分娩疼痛及妊娠结局的积极影响。方法:选取我院2014年8月至2015年6月期间收治的142例产妇作为临床研究对象,采用随机数字分组法将142例产妇均分为观察组与对照组,观察组产妇定向给予拉玛泽呼吸减痛分娩法,对照组产妇给予常规产前检查及临床分娩干预。对比两组产妇的分娩疼痛程度及妊娠结局等指标差异。结果:经不同临床方法干预后,观察组产妇分娩疼痛等级相比对照组产妇明显较低,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。且两组产妇妊娠结局对比,观察组71例产妇临床剖宫产率及产后出血率、产程持续时间,均显著低于对照组产妇,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论:应用拉玛泽呼吸减痛分娩法实施产妇分娩期干预,可有效缩短产妇产程,减轻产妇分娩疼痛同时,降低产后出血量及剖宫产率,值得临床综合应用推广。
Objective： To analyze the positive effect of lamaze breathing pain relief method on puerpera childbirth pain and pregnancy outcomes. Method： 142 cases of maternals from August 2014 to June 2015 were selected as the clinical research objects,and they were randomly divided into two groups： observation group and control group. Patients in observation group adopted Lamaze breathing pain relief method,while those in control group were given routine prenatal maternal inspection and intervention of clinical delivery. The comparisons were made about childbirth pain degree and the pregnancy outcome indicators. Result： After different methods of clinical intervention,puerpera＇s childbirth pain level in observation group was obviously lower than that in control group,（ P〈0. 05）. The difference was statistically significant. And as for the pregnancy outcomes of two groups,the clinical cesarean section rate,the rate of postpartum hemorrhage and duration of labor were significantly lower than those in control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Application of Lamaze breathing pain relief method in the interventionof childbirthprocess can effectively shorten the maternal labor,lessen puerpera＇s childbirth pain,reduce postpartum blood loss and the rate of cesarean section. It is worthy of further clinical application and promotion.
