摘要
本文通过对肺痈古代文献的梳理,从病名、病因病机、治法对肺痈源流进行考证。阐述病名沿革,分析各代医家对肺痈病因病机的认识,并对治疗方法进行总结,以期丰富肺痈相关理论,为临床治疗肺系疾病提供借鉴。
By sorting out the medical literature about lung carbuncle of the sages at all time,this article researches into the origin and evolution of lung carbuncle from three aspects ： the name,the etiology and pathogenesis and the treatment,and inquires into and analyzes the name of lung carbuncle from historical and academic development point of view. It analyzes the regnization of major physicians of chinese medicine of the sages about the etiology and pathogenesis of lung carbuncle and summarizes the treatment of lung carbuncle. The results of the research will broaden the theories about lung carbuncle and provide reference for clinically treating diseases of pulmonary system.
