摘要
目的:观察中药15味生发丸治疗雄激素性脱发的临床疗效。方法:将185例雄激素性脱发患者随机分为治疗组112例和对照组73例,其中治疗组采用中药15味生发丸内服,对照组口服非那雄胺片。结果:治疗组总有效率为86.61%,对照组总有效率为63.01%,两组比较,治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论:中药15味生发丸治疗雄激素性脱发疗效明显,值得进一步研究。
Objective： To observe clinical efficacy of Shengfa Wan on androgenetic alopecia. Methods： 185 cases were divided into the treatment group（112 cases） and control group（73 cases）. The treatment group took Shengfa Wan; the control group took Finasteride. Results： The total efficiency was 86.61% in the treatment group, better than 63.01% in the control group. Conclusion： Treating androgenetic alopecia with Shengfa Wan was obviously effective, and is worthy of further studys.
