摘要
目的:促进国家基本药物在临床的合理使用,为进一步贯彻实施新版《国家基本药物目录》提供参考。方法:从医院信息系统(HIS)中调取我院2011-2013年在用国家基本药物使用数据,就药品名称、数量、金额等进行统计分析。结果:2011-2013年我院配备的国家基本药物品种数分别为179、183和187种,分别占2012年版《国家基本药物目录》品种数的34.42%、35.19%和35.96%,销售金额分别占全院当年药品销售总金额的19.49%、17.56%和18.17%;销售金额排序前3位的国家基本药物类别主要为调节水、电解质及酸碱平衡药,抗微生物药和抗肿瘤药;西药类国家基本药物品种中氯化钠注射液和葡萄糖注射液连续3年占据销售金额排序前2位,而中成药类国家基本药物品种中参麦注射液始终排名首位。结论:近年我院使用的心血管系统国家基本药物所占比例较低,与临床实际需求仍有差距。各类型国家基本药物的用药品种及销售金额相对集中,国家基本药物覆盖率和使用率还有待进一步提高。
OBJECTIVE：To promote the rational use of national essential medicines in clinic,and to provide reference for the further implementation of new National Essential Medicines List. METHODS：The application data of national essential medicines in our hospital from 2011 to 2013 were collected from hospital information system（HIS）. The drug name,amount and sum were analyzed statistically. RESULTS：From 2011 to 2013,the kinds of national essential medicines were 179,183 and 187 in our hospital,accounted for 34.42%,35.19% and 35.96% of new National Essential Medicines List,respectively;the consumption sum of national essential medicines accounted for 19.49%,17.56% and 18.17% of total in our hospital,respectively;the top 3 national essential medicines were regulating water,electrolyte and acid-base balance regulation drugs,anti-microbial drugs and anti-cancer drugs in the list of consumption sum;Sodium chloride injection and Glucose injection were the top 2 consumption sum of western medicines in national essential medicines;and Shenmai injection still held the top 1 in Chinese patent medicine. CONCLUSIONS：In recent years,the proportion of national essential medicines used in cardiovascular system in our hospital is low,and there is still a gap between the clinical actual demands. The varieties and consumption sum of national essential medicines for each category is relatively concentrated,the national essential medicines coverage rate and utilization rate remains to be further improved.
