摘要
试验采用粘土水泥浆,坍落度控制为14~18 cm,通过往复式活塞泵注浆花管注入回填层中,试验效果通过钻孔取芯检验。获取了施工浆体配比建议值,验证了采用粘土水泥浆液进行回填区加固的可行性,为一号线盾构施工提供了前提条件。
The material of experiment adopt clay slurry, and slump is controlled for 14 to 18 centimeters, and it is poured into the backfill layer by the reciprocating piston pump and grouting tube. Test results have been verified by drilling coring. Finally, the suggested values of the value of ratio of slurry of construction have been obtained, and the feasibility of using clay slurry to grout reinforcement in backfilling area have been verified, which has provided the precondition for line 1 in shield construction.
