46株福氏志贺氏菌耐药及PFGE分子分型分析 被引量:5

Analysis on drug resistance and PFGE molecular typing of 46 Salmonella flexenri strains

摘要 目的对46株福氏志贺氏菌分离株进行分子分型,同时了解分离株的耐药状况。方法利用NotⅠ酶对46株福氏志贺氏菌进行脉冲场凝胶电泳分子分型试验,所得图谱用Bio Numerics Version软件进行聚类分析;采用MIC法并利用全自动药敏接种判读仪(AIM-Vizion)对46株福氏志贺氏菌分离株进行耐药分析。结果 46株菌对氨苄西林、环丙沙星、萘啶酸、四环素耐药性为100%,对氯霉素耐药性在97.8%,对亚胺培南、头孢西丁、庆大霉素耐药性为0,对头孢噻肟耐药性为8.7%。经分子分型和聚类分析,有40株指纹图谱相似度达到90%。结论此次分离的46株福氏志贺氏菌对多种抗生素耐药,分子聚类分析菌株间具有高度同源性。 Objective To isolate molecular typing of 46 Shigella flexenri strains and analyze antibiotic resistance of the isolated strains. Methods DNAs from 46 Shigella flexenri strains were digested by Not I and were conducted by PFGE molecular typing test. The band patterns of PFGE were analyzed by Bio Numerics software. Drug resistance results were shown by Vizion. Results The resistant rates of isolates strains to ampicillin, ciprofloxacin, nalidixic acid and tetracycline were 100%, and the resistant rate of chloramghenicol was 97.8%, that of cefotaxime was 8.7%, and that of imipenem,cefoxitinand, and gentamicin was 0. By the molecular typing and clustering analysis, the DNA fingerprints of 40 strains are identical with a similar rate of 90%. Conclusion The 46 Shigella flexenri strains have resistance to multi-antibiotices and high degree of homology among the strains.
