摘要
为优化艾纳香祛斑霜的配方,采用Box-Behnken设计-响应面法,考察单硬脂酸甘油酯(单甘酯)的用量(X1)、A165乳化剂的用量(X2)、甘油的用量(X3)对祛斑霜感官评价得分(Y)、最低透光率(T)的影响,建立了相应的二项式数学模型优化配方。结果发现:最优处方为单硬脂酸甘油酯、A165乳化剂、甘油的质量比用量分别为1.14%、4%和10%。因此,Box-Behnken试验设计-响应面法可用于艾纳香祛斑霜的配方优化筛选。
To optimize the formula of freckle cream with Blumea balsamifera(Linn.) DC, a second order polynomial equation for the optimized formulation by using Box- Behnken design and response surface method was established. The effects of mass amount of glyceryl monostearate(X1), A165 emulsifier(X2), and glycerine(X3) to the score of sensory evaluation(Y) and the minimum light transmittance(T) were investigated. The results showed when the mass fraction of glyceryl monostearate, A165 emulsifier, and glycerine were 1.14%, 4%, and 10%, the optimized formula was achieved. The Box- Behnken design and response surface method could be used for obtaining the optimized formula of freckle cream with Blumea balsamifera(Linn.) DC.
