摘要
设计了一种基于恒压源控制的高稳定型恒流源,通过对元器件的合理选型以及对电路的优化设计,使得恒流源的稳定性可以达到零点一个微安。文章给出了设计的理论推导和相关电路设计,对工程应用具有一定的指导意义。
A constant high stable current source based on source of high pressure voltage is designed. The stability of the constant current source can be controlled to a microampere through the rational selection of components and the optimization of circuit design. We give the. theoretical derivation of the design and the circuit design. It has a certain guiding significance for engineering applications.
