摘要
以草莓重茬10年的温室大棚土壤为例,研究缓苗期、现蕾期、幼果期和盛果期草莓根际土壤的碱性磷酸酶、脲酶和蔗糖酶的活性动态特征,探究其与重茬的关系。结果表明:重茬草莓根际土壤的碱性磷酸酶在缓苗期和现蕾期的活性(2.21、3.26mg/g)都显著低于同期的非重茬土壤的酶活性(3.08、4.97mg/g),二者在幼果期和盛果期无显著差异,都在0.33mg/g以下;重茬草莓根际土壤脲酶的活性在缓苗期与非重茬土壤的酶活性无显著差异,在现蕾期的酶活性(0.40mg/g)显著高于非重茬土壤的峰值(0.29mg/g),在幼果期和盛果期的酶活性(0.20、0.18mg/g)显著低于非重茬根际土壤的酶活性(0.35、0.34mg/g);重茬根际土壤的蔗糖酶活性值(2.23~2.88mg/g)在4个生长期无显著差异,除盛果期外都显著低于非重茬根际土壤的(5.54、6.91、7.56mg/g)1倍以上。结果表明,重茬土壤可以显著抑制土壤酶活性。
The ten-year-old replanted strawberry rhizosphere soil in the greenhouse was exampled for studying the dynamic characteristics of alkaline phosphatase,urease and invertase activity in recovering,squaring,young fruit and full bearing periods to explore the relationship with replanting.The results showed that for alkaline phosphatase,activities in replanted soil(2.21mg/g,3.26mg/g)were significantly lower than that in non-replanted soil(3.08mg/g,4.97mg/g)in recovering and squaring periods while there were no significant difference in young fruit and full bearing periods for both being below 0.33mg/g.For urease,there was no significant difference in the first stage between replanted and non-replanted soil.The activity in replanted soil(0.40mg/g)was significantly higher than that in non-replanted soil(peaked at 0.29mg/g)in squaring and significantly lower(0.20mg/g,0.18mg/g)than that in non-replanted(0.35mg/g,0.34mg/g)soil in young fruit and full bearing periods.For invertase,activities in replanted soil(2.23-2.88mg/g)showed no significant difference among the four periods and all were one time lower than that in non-replanted soil significantly except in full bearing period.The results indicated that replanting was involved in inhibiting soil enzyme activity.
