摘要
采用溶胶凝胶法制备了一系列La1-xKxNi1-yMyO3(M=Cu,Co,Mn)钙钛矿复合氧化物催化剂,并利用O2-TPO测试该系列催化剂催化氧化碳烟的性能。通过XRD、H2-TPR、XPS对其进行了表征,结果表明,所制备催化剂均为六方晶系钙钛矿结构。着重考察了A位K掺杂量和B位掺杂元素及其掺杂量对催化碳烟性能的影响。结果表明:当K掺杂量x=0.3时,产生更多氧空位,增加了表面吸附氧数量,同时提高了B位Ni的价态;B位Cu掺杂量y=0.1时,表面吸附氧数量增加,Ni 3+含量增大,从而提高了催化剂的活性。La0.7K0.3Ni0.9Cu0.1O3催化剂与碳烟紧密接触下,Ti、Tm分别为268.1℃和272.8℃。
A series of La1-xKxNi1-yMyO3 (M= Cu, Co, Mn) perovskite catalysts were synthesized by sol-gel method. The prepared catalysts were characterized by XRD, H2-TPR, XPS and the catalytic activity of the catalysts was evaluated by O2-TPO. The XRD results showed that all the catalysts were hexagonal system perovskite structure. The effects of the degree of K substitution of A site and the B site doping element and its amount on the catalytic pro- perties for soot combustion were investigated. The results showed when K doping amount x=0. 3 and M=Cu, y= 0. 1 ,more adsorption oxygen existed on the surface, indicating the presence of more oxygen vacancies in the catalyst. Moreover, La, Ni partly replaced by K, Cu, respectively, could adjust the Ni valence state in the sample. Under intimate contact condition the Ti and Tm of La0.7K0.3Ni0.9Cu0.1O catalyst were 268. 1℃ and 272. 8℃, respectively.
