连栀矾溶液促进大鼠肛周脓肿创面愈合作用研究 被引量:15

摘要 目的:探讨连栀矾溶液促进大鼠感染肛周脓肿创面愈合的作用。方法:72只SD大鼠随机分成正常组、模型组、对照组,治疗组,给予药物干预后,观察创面愈合形态学和愈合率指标;并于第3、6、9、12 d取创面肉芽组织,比较分析治疗组和对照组的创面肉芽组织的组织病理和免疫生化病理学指标;同时采用酶联免疫检测技术检测对照组对大鼠血清中组胺(HIS)、5-羟色胺(5-HT)、前列腺素E2(PGE2)水平的影响。结果:连栀矾溶液可以促进创面愈合并缩短愈合时间,降低炎性反应;在创面愈合早期(6~9d),促进新生毛细血管和成纤维细胞的生成(P〈0.05);同时可明显降低大鼠血清中HIS、5-HT的水平(P〈0.05)。结论:连栀矾溶液明显促进大鼠肛周脓肿创面愈合,其作用机制与他明显促进创面肉芽组织中新生毛细血管、成纤维细胞生成以及有效降低大鼠血清中HIS、5-HT等炎症因子的水平相关。 Objective: To evaluate the effect of Lianzhifan solution on promoting wound healing after rat ' s perianal abscess. Methods: 72 SD rats were randomly divided into normal group,model group,control group and treatment group. After drug intervention,to observe the wound healing morphology and healing rate; and analyze the histopathologic and immune biochemical index of treatment group and control group after taking wound granulation tissue on the third,sixth,ninth,twelfth day; at the same time,to study the change of the level of HIS,5- HT and PGE2 in serum of rats in control group by using enzyme- linked immune detecting technology. Results: Lianzhifan solution can promote wound healing,shorten the healing time and reduce inflammatory reaction. In the early wound healing( 6 ~ 9 d),it can promote the formation of new blood capillaries and fibroblasts( P 0. 05); meanwhile,it can reduce the level of HIS,5- HT in serum after rat's perianal abscess significantly( P 0. 05). Conclusion: Lianzhifan solution can significantly promote the wound healing after rat's perianal abscess,which is related to promoting the formation of new blood capillaries and fibroblasts of wound granulation tissue and reducing the level of HIS,5- HT in serum after rat's perianal abscess.
