摘要
"护膜法"首创于近贤章次公先生,单兆伟教授对其颇为推崇。临床常用抑酸护膜法、直接护膜法、抗Hp护膜法、粉剂辅助护膜4种方法。针对临床常见证型,提出了4种具体治法:益气清化护膜法、疏肝和胃护膜法、益气养阴护膜法、温中散寒护膜法,并随证加减。同时提出,护膜应当辨证;健脾贯穿始终;清化随证选用;用药至平至缓;配伍相反相成。
＂ Protecting Membrane＂ treating method was first used by ZHANG,a famous TCM doctor in 20 th century in China,which is highly evaluated and frequently applied by Professor SHAN Zhaowei in his clinical practices and more frequently used treatment by Professor SHAN are acid-suppressing protecting membrane method,directly protecting membrane method,anti-Hp protecting membrane method,and powder-aided protecting membrane method. Based on different cases,Yi Qi Qing Hua protecting membrane method which functions in tonifying Qi,clearing heat and resolving dampness,Shu Gan He Wei protecting membrane method which can regulate Liver Qi and harmonize Liver with Stomach,Yi Qi Yang Yin protecting membrane method which works in tonifying Qi and Yin,and Wen Zhong San Han protecting membrane method which is able to warm Spleen and Stomach to dispel inner coldness are used with modification. Professor SHAN also pay great attention to medication security by trying to use mild medicines and apply well- selected compatibility with both opposite and supplementary medicines as well as strengthening Spleen during the whole treatment process.
