摘要
目的为刺蒺藜的深入研究和临床应用提供依据和支持。方法通过古代本草著作和现代国内外文献研究对刺蒺藜在心血管方面近20年的研究应用进行综述阐释。结果经过大量文献研究证实刺蒺藜在治疗心血管疾病方面具有心肌保护、降压降心率、抗凝溶栓、抗动脉硬化、抗炎、调节糖脂代谢等作用。结论刺蒺藜在心血管疾病的治疗和相应的基础研究中具有重要的临床作用和研究价值。
Objective To provide scientific literature basis for the further study and clinical application of Tribulus terrestris. Methods Through study of Chinese ancient herbal literature and modern research papers of Tribulus terrestris on cardiovascular disease during the recent twenty years,the present manuscript reviews the clinical application and basic researches of the efficacy of Tribulus terrestris on cardiovascular disease. Results A large number of literatures have confirmed the effect of Tribulus terrestris in the treatment of cardiovascular disease with myocardial protection,blood pressure heart rate reduction,thrombolysis and anticoagulation,anti-atherosclerosis,anti-inflammatory and regulation of glucose and lipid metabolism. Conclusion Tribulus terrestris has important value in experimental study and clinical application of cardiovascular disease.
