Overdrive Suppression for Peripartum Cardiomyopathy Accompanied by Refractory Ventricular Tachycardia:One Case Report and Literature Review

摘要 1病例资料患者女性,35岁,已婚,育有1女1子,因＂胸闷、气促伴双下肢水肿1月余＂入院。患者3个月前分娩1男婴,足月顺产,孕产期无任何不适。1个月前出现无明显诱因胸闷、气促,伴双下肢水肿、夜间不能平卧。入院2d前至当地医院查心脏超声见左室内血栓,建议转上级医院。患者遂于当日（2015年4月10日）就诊于复旦大学附属中山医院急诊科,查血钾3.8mmol/L,心电图示阵发性室性心动过速（简称室速）,立即予胺碘酮0.15g静脉注射、
