摘要
为满足大型飞机的数字化研制需求,对大型飞机数字化装配的主要关键技术进行了研究。对面向MBD的装配工艺仿真与数字化协调、装配仿真优化与在线装配仿真、三维装配工艺数据可视化、板件数字化自动钻铆的配套技术等大飞机数字化装配技术及其工程应用进行了重点分析,提出了各关键技术的解决方案。
The key technologies of large aircraft digital assembly are researched for the digital development of the large aircraft. The technologies and engineering applications of the large aircraft digital assembly are emphatically ana- lyzed, such as assembly process simulation and digital coordination based on MBD, assembly process optimization and online assembly simulation, visualization of 3D assembly processes data, matching technology of panel digital automatic drilling ＆ riveting, etc. Moreover, the solutions of these key technologies are proposed.
