摘要
对美国、德国、英国、法国、日本等发达国家高等学校治理结构和我国高 等学校的管理组织机构进行分析比较，有助于我国高等学校的结构改革。高等学校只有摆脱政府附属地位，引入与市场经济相适应的治理机制，形成独立的经济实体和法人实体，才能适应社会主义市场经济体制和激烈的国际市场竞争，促进高等教育发展。
This paper has made an analysis on and a comparison between the col lege governing structure of the developed countries，such as the USA，Germany，E ngland，France，Japan，etc.and our country’s college management organization.It is believed that colleges and universities in our country must conduct the ente rprise governing structure reform with multi-investors，abandon the subordinate status from the goverment，introduce the governing system suited to the market - oriented economy，and formthe independent economy entity and cor-poration entit y，so as to suit the socialist market-oriented economy system and the intensive international market competition，and to promote the development of higher educ ation in China.
