合并严重基础疾病的类风湿关节炎患者治疗策略分析

摘要 目的:探讨合并严重基础疾病的类风湿关节炎患者的治疗策略。方法:选取我院2013年2月-2015年2月收治的17例合并严重基础疾病的类风湿关节炎患者的临床资料,分析该类患者的治疗策略。结果:12例患者病情不同程度缓解,4例患者因原发基础疾病不能耐受治疗失败,1例患者因原发病死亡。结论:活动期类风湿关节炎合并严重基础疾病患者,应该以治疗危及生命的基础疾病为主要目标,对于类风湿关节炎的治疗以改善病情,减轻症状为主,充分发挥风湿免疫科的专业知识,积极配合相关科室医生制定适宜的治疗方案,提高患者的生活质量。
