摘要
目的:比较国产血管紧张素Ⅱ受体拮抗剂(angiotensin receptor blocker,ARB)药物与进口ARB药物的疗效。方法:选取在我院接受治疗的98例轻中度高血压患者,分为两组,观察组和对照组。观察组给予国产缬沙坦片药物治疗,对照组给予进口缬沙坦片药物治疗,观察组比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果:观察组与对照组的诊室坐诊收缩压、舒张压及服药后8周降压有效率,无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:轻中度高血压患者服用国产ARB类药物安全有效,与进口ARB类药物无显著差异,值得临床推广。
Objective： To compare the efficacy between domestic angiotensin receptor blocker（ ARB） and imported ARB drugs in treatment of mild and moderate hypertension. Methods： 98 cases mild and moderate hypertension in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups： observation group and control group. The patients in observation group were given domestic valsartan medication,while imported valsartan medication in control group. Then,the curative effects were compared between the two groups. Results： There was no significant difference in systolic pressure,diastolic pressure and effectiveness rate of anti-hypertension after eight weeks of medication between two groups（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The application of domestic ARB drugs in patients with mild-to-moderate hypertension was safe,effective and not significantly different from imported ARB drugs. Therefore,it is worthy of popularization widely.
