摘要
目的:观察钙泊三醇倍他米松软膏治疗斑块状银屑病的临床效果。方法:选择2013年4月至2015年3月我院皮肤科收治的斑块状银屑病患者96例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组48例。对照组采用卡泊三醇软膏治疗,观察组采用钙泊三醇倍他米松软膏治疗,比较两组临床疗效以及治疗前后PASI皮损评分。结果:治疗后4周、8周观察组有效率均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后8周,观察组PASI评分明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者在治疗期间均未出现严重的不良反应。结论:钙泊三醇倍他米松软膏治疗斑块状银屑病可以明显地改善患者的症状,取得显著的临床疗效,安全性较高,值得临床上广泛使用以及大力推广。
Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Calcipotriol Betamethasone ointment in treatment of plaque psoriasis. Methods： 96 patients with plaque psoriasis treated in our hospital during April 2013 to March 2015 were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group with 48 cases in each group. The control group patients were treated with Calcipotriol ointment and the observation group patients were treated with Calcipotriol Betamethasone ointment. Before and after the treatment, clinical curative effect and the PASI scores of lesions in the two groups were compared. Results： After treatment for 4 weeks and 8 weeks, the effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. After 8 weeks of treatment, the PASI score of the observation group decreased significantly and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. There were no serious adverse reactions in the two groups during the treatment. Conclusion： Calcipotriol betamethasone ointment in the treatment of plaque psoriasis can significantly relieve the symptoms and obtain significant curative effect. The treatment has a high level of safety and it is worthy to be widely used and popularized in clinic.
