457株停乳链球菌感染临床分布及其耐药性分析 被引量:13

The clinical distribution and drug resistance analysis of 457 strains of Streptococcus dysgalactiae

摘要 目的了解医院患者停乳链球菌感染特点及其耐药性,为临床合理应用抗菌药物提供科学依据。方法通过细菌分离鉴定技术和药敏试验方法,对2010-2012年某三甲医院培养出的457株停乳链球菌的临床分布及耐药性进行分析。结果该医院连续3年从患者送检标本中共检出停乳链球菌457株。分离标本居前3位依次是血液、分泌物和脓液,构成比分别为41.35%、20.13%和10.50%。停乳链球菌检出居前3位的科室分别是儿科重症监护病房(NICU)、皮肤科和综合重症监护病房(ICU),构成比依次为24.51%、20.35%和10.06%。临床分离的停乳链球菌对青霉素G、红霉素和氨苄西林的耐药率较高,对奎奴普汀、利奈唑胺和万古霉素全部敏感。结论该医院感染停乳链球菌的患者相对集中在儿科,耐药谱较宽,应加强停乳链球菌感染监测和药敏试验,提高抗菌药物合理使用率。 Objective To analyze the distribution characteristics and drug resistance of Streptococcus dysgalactiae of patients,in order to provide guidance for rational use of antibiotics in clinical. Methods Bacterial isolation and identification technology and drug sensitivity test were employed to analyze the Streptococcus dysgalactiae in etiologic specimens of patients in a certain hospital. Results Totally 457 strains of Streptococcus dysgalactiae were detected in three consecutive years. The top three specimens were blood samples( 41. 35%),secretion samples( 20. 13%) and pus samples( 10. 50%). The distribution proportion was highest in NICU( 24. 51%),following Dermatology Department( 20. 35%) and ICU( 10. 06%).Streptococcus dysgalactiae was resistant to Penicillin G,Erythromycin and Ampicillin and was sensitive to Kui Nu leptin,Linezolid and Vancomycin. Conclusion The distribution of Streptococcus dysgalactiae concentrated in Pediatrics and the spectra of drug resistance was wide and relatively. Infection monitoring and drug sensitivity test should be reinforced towards Streptococcus dysgalactiae,so as to improve the reasonable use of antibiotics.
