摘要
原发性痛经为非器质性病变,与情志、外感及个人体质,生理周期体内环境等密切相关,总属虚实两端,"不通则痛"或"不荣则痛"为主要病机。多从虚实、气血、脏腑、体质等方面辨证论治,详查病因,谨守病机,投以古方化裁或自拟方,疗效显著,具有独特优势。未来应开展大样本随机对照研究,深入研究中药药理作用机制,探索中医药治疗原发性痛经的最佳途径。
The primary dysmenorrhea is a kind of non-organic pathologic change which is closely related with a series of factors such as emotions,exogenous,personal constitution,menstrual cycle and vivo environment and totally belongs to both ends of the virtual and actual,and its primary pathogenesis is＂stagnation leading to pain＂ or＂non-glory leading to pain＂.The treatment is principally started with such aspects like the virtual and actual,the vital energy and blood,the viscera and the constitution and will have a significant effect and peculiar advantage if the pathogenesis is carefully examined and prudently observed with an ancient prescription or selfprescription is used.In the future,the randomized controlled research with large samples should be carried out to deeply study the pharmacologic effecting mechanism of the traditional Chinese medicine and explore the best ways to treat the primary dysmenorrhea using traditional Chinese medicine.
