太阳辐射对飞行器蒙皮红外辐射特征影响的数值研究 被引量:5

摘要 在飞行过程中飞行器蒙皮会受到来自太阳辐射的加热作用,导致其红该辐射分布规律发生较大变化,为完善飞行器蒙皮红外辐射特征的计算分析方法,在综合考虑气动加热、发动机舱内流换热及尾喷流对后机身传热等因素的基础上建立了整机蒙皮温度场计算模型,给出了不同辐照角度下的量化太阳辐射热流,采用数值计算的方法研究了太阳辐射热流对蒙皮的加热效果,分析了不同辐照角度下蒙皮8~14μm波段全向红外辐射特征变化规律.研究结果表明:太阳辐射对机身蒙皮向阳面有明显的加热效果,蒙皮局部温度最高增加21K;太阳辐射作用能够显著增大向阳面蒙皮8~14μm波段的红外辐射强度,其中Ma=0.85时蒙皮全向红外辐射强度最高增大了18%,Ma=1.50时最高增大了12%;太阳辐射对蒙皮红外辐射的影响随着飞行Ma数的增大而降低,Ma数从0.85增大至1.50时,蒙皮全向红外辐射强度的增大比例降低了6%,降幅33%;此外不同的太阳辐照角度对蒙皮温度场及不同探测面的红外辐射强度分布影响也大不相同. As a result of heating effects on the aircraft skin from the solar radiation,the radiation distribu-tion changed greatly. To improve analysis method for calculating skin infrared radiation characteristics , aerody-namic heating,flow and heat transfer inside aero-engine nacelle,and plume heating on the rear fuselage of air-craft were considered for building a calculation model for aircraft skin temperature distribution. Quantized solar radiation heat flow was given under different irradiation angle. The heating effect on the skin of solar radiation heat flow was researched. Infrared radiation characteristics in 8~14μm band of skin under different irradiation angle were analyzed. The results show that the solar radiation has a significant heating effect to the sunny slope of aircraft skin,which has a temperature rise of 21K. And due to solar radiation,the infrared radiation intensity in 8~14μm band of skin's sunny slope has a significant increase,of which is 18%with a Mach number value of 0.85 and 12% with a value of 1.50. The solar radiation effects on the skin infrared radiation decreased as the Mach number became lower. As the Mach number increases from 0.85 to 1.50,the infrared radiation intensity re-duces by 6%,a decline of 33%. And the skin temperature distribution and infrared radiation characteristics are different with the changing of irradiation angle of solar radiation.
