超声介导超声微泡治疗宫颈癌的研究进展

摘要 据世界卫生组织国际癌症研究署（International Agency for Research on Cancer,IARC）统计,宫颈癌是女性生殖系统最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,全球宫颈癌发病率在女性恶性肿瘤中居第二位,占所有女性恶性肿瘤的13%。全球每年新发宫颈癌中59%发生在亚洲[1]。有调查统计,我国的宫颈癌发病率为12.96/10万,死亡率为4.32/10万,呈明显增长趋势[2]。目前,宫颈癌的传统治疗方式主要有手术治疗、放疗、化疗等,但这些治疗方法均存在着相对的不足。
