摘要
目的探讨集束化管理对维持性血液透析(MHD)合并高血压患者的影响及效果。方法将160例MHD合并高血压患者分为两组,对照组(80例)接受血液透析治疗和常规宣教,干预组(80例)在接受血液透析治疗和常规宣教基础上,采用集束化管理,比较两组患者6个月后血压变化情况。结果经过6个月的集束化管理,干预组患者透析间期收缩压、舒张压及脉压差低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在血液透析护理基础上进行集束化管理可以明显改善MHD合并高血压患者的状态。
Objective To evaluate the effect of on the maintenance hemodialysis（MHD）patients with high blood pressure.Methodw 160 patients with hypertension were divided into two equal groups.In the control group,80 patients received routine education and hemodialysis treatment;80patients in the intervention group adopted the bundles of care,besides the same treatment and the care as the control group.The blood pressure of the patients in two groups were compared after 6months.Results After 6months,the systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and pulse pressure of patients in intervention group were lower than that of the control group,and the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）.ConclusionOn the basis of hemodialysis,the management of cluster can significantly improve the symptoms of MHD patients with hypertension.
