循证理念视域下听障儿童言语康复方法研究 被引量:12

An Evidence-Based Research into the Methods of Hearing-Impaired Children's Speech-Language Rehabilitation

摘要 言语作为最重要的学习、沟通工具,在儿童的认知与思维发展中起着不可替代的作用。近年来,随着学界对听障儿童听力言语康复越发重视,不同学者在研究中尝试了大量的听障儿童言语训练方法,部分方法的科学性与有效性仍有待商榷。文章将最先来源于医学领域的循证理念引入特殊教育领域,探索听障儿童言语康复训练的最佳方法,即干预训练的"黄金标准",以促进听障儿童言语的发展。笔者利用自编量表、Markov链等数据分析方法对检索出的文献进行分析,分别对个案研究和多对象研究的文献进行评价。个案研究分析显示基础训练与针对训练相结合的言语康复方法为听障儿童康复训练的最佳途径;在群体实验研究方面,听觉口语法为稳定性较好的听障儿童言语康复方法。 The most important learning and communication tool, language plays an irreplaceable role in children's development of cognition and thinking. In recent years, with more attention paid to the speech-language rehabilitation, many researchers have tried different methods of speech-language training for hearing-impaired children, but whether some of these methods are scientific and effective remaim questionable. Therefore, this study introduces the evidence-based method, which derived first from the field of medicine, to special education, and expects to explore the best way of speech-language rehabilitation training for hearing-impaired children, the so-called "Gold Standard," so as to help hearing-impaired children develop their speech-language ability. The authors, based on data analysis (scales, Markov chains, etc. ), analyzed research documents retrieved. Case study analysis shows that the best way of training is the combination of basic training and specific training; the multi-object study reveals that the anditory-verbal approach is a stable training method for heating-impaired children' s speech-language rehabilitation.
