摘要
目的查明一起食物中毒事件的病原,并对其进行溯源分析。方法对4份患者样本和8份食品留样进行病原菌的分离、培养和鉴定,对分离株进行药敏实验和脉冲场凝胶电泳分子分型。结果 4份患者样本和1份食品留样中检出山夫登堡沙门菌,5株分离菌株均对磺胺甲恶唑耐药,其PFGE图谱相似性系数为100.0%。结论本起食源性疾病暴发疫情是由进食被山夫登堡沙门菌污染的食品所致。
Objective To identify pathogen and trace its source of a food poisoning incident.Methods Samples from 4patients and 8food residues were collected and analyzed for pathogen isolation,culture and identification,followed by antibiotic resistance spectrum analysis and molecular characteristic analysis by Pulse field gel eletrophoresis.Results A total of 5strains of Salmonella senftenberg were isolated from samples of 4patients and 1food residue samples.The similarity coefficient of 5isolates was 100% by PFGE;all isolates were resistant to sulfamethoxazole.Conclusion The food poisoning incident was caused by consumption of Salmonella senftenbergcontaminated food.
