摘要
目的了解在校大学生对转基因食品的认识、接受程度及对转基因食品标识和政府监管方面的态度,为今后开展转基因食品研究,推广和宣传提供依据。方法通过设计问卷进行调查分析。结果绝大部分大学生都听说过转基因食品,但理工科类了解程度明显高于文史类;认知渠道主要为网络和报刊杂志;大多数学生对转基因食品的安全和发展抱有积极态度,但是认为现在政府的监管力度不够与相关法规不完善。结论政府应该在转基因食品的发展中发挥主导作用,统筹协调好大学,科研人员及相关单位,媒体三者之间的作用关系,高屋建瓴的为转基因未来的发展做好准备。
Objective To investigate the college students＇ recognition to the awareness and acceptance of genetically modified food, the labeling of genetically modified food and the government regulatory approach, this study will provide basis for the research, promotion and solicitation of genetically modified food. Methods In this paper, survey and analysis will be carried out by designing a questionnaire. Results The vast majority of college students have heard of genetically modified food, but understanding degree of students＇ science and engineering majors was significantly higher than that of literature and history; The cognitive channels of them were mainly from networks, newspapers and magazines; Most of the students have a positive attitude for the security and development of genetically modified foods, but they considered that the government＇s supervision and regulations are not perfect enough. Conclusion The government should play a leading role on the development of the genetically modified food, and make overall plans for the relationship of the university, researchers and related units, and the media for the future development of genetically modified foods.
