摘要
目的影响精神卫生医疗机构与基层医疗卫生机构合作的多因素分析。方法根据基层医疗卫生机构接受精神卫生医疗机构技术指导的完成情况,分为良好合作组和欠良好合作组,对影响因素进行多因素分析并比较重性精神疾病管理治疗工作成效。结果影响机构之间是否合作良好的四个因素中,是否接受三级医院指导影响最大,其次是与个案小组其他成员的联系程度,第三为精防人员是否专职,第四为精防人员工作年限,且合作良好组的机构重性精神疾病管理治疗工作成效更好。结论提高精神卫生机构和基层医疗卫生机构合作度,首先需提升精神卫生机构的指导水平,其次要加强个案管理小组成员之间的联系,再其次是让精防岗位专职化及精防队伍稳定化。
Objective Multi-factor analysis of the influence factors in cooperation between mental health institutions and basic medical institutions. Methods Basic medical institutions were divided into good and inferior groups of cooperative institutions according to the degree of accepting technical guidance. Multi-factor analysis of on influence factors was performed. Contrast the working effect of mental illness management. Results It indicated that the establishment of cooperative mechanism were well related with four factors, in which the most important factor was the level of professional mental health institutions providing technical guidance, the second was the frequency of connections with other members in case management team, the third was professional level of mental prophylaxis staffs and the fourth was the career span. The better cooperation institutions work well. Conclusion To improve the cooperation of mental health institutions and basic medical institutions, it is most necessary to improve professional levels first of all. Second, we must strengthen the connection between the members of case management team, and then to keep the stability of mental prophylaxis staffs.
