摘要
目的分析新乡市近4年来全血和成分血采集的基本情况及固定无偿献血者队伍的基本状况,为制定科学的招募策略提供依据。方法对2011年1月—2014年12月新乡市血液采集及固定无偿献血者的情况进行统计分析。结果2011—2014年无偿献血人次及固定献血者人次均呈现逐年增长的趋势。固定献血者中的主体年龄在36~45岁,男性明显多于女性,男女性别比为2：1。结论进一步扩大该市无偿献血队伍,尤其是固定无偿献血者队伍,采取更为科学有效的方式提高固定献血者比例,重点是35岁以下的人群,是新乡市无偿献血工作的一个努力方向。
Objective To provide scientific basis investigate and analysis voluntary blood donation and regular voluntary blood donor team basic situation in Xinxiang in past four years. Methods Basic situation of voluntary blood situation and regular voluntary blood donor team in Xinxiang from January 2011 to December 2014 were collected and analyzed. Results From 2011 to 2014 voluntary blood and regular voluntary blood donors are trend of increased year by year, voluntary blood donors which is in 36~45 years old are the primary group, the male blood donors were significantly more than female, the male to female ratio to 2：1. Conclusion To further expand voluntary blood？donation, especially regular voluntary blood donor team.To take a more scientific and effective way to improve the regular voluntary blood donors, The focus is on people under the age of 35, a direction of the voluntary blood donation work.
