摘要
目的探讨健康教育对初治肺结核患者的应用效果。方法选择2014年5月—2015年5月期间该院收治的初治肺结核患者104例,根据双盲法将104例患者平均分为两组,即研究组(52例)与对照组(52例)。对照组采取常规健康教育方案,研究组开展健康教育路径干预。结果研究组对肺结核健康知识的总掌握率显著高于对照组(98.08%vs 82.69%)(P<0.05)。研究组抗结核用药的依从率为96.15%高于对照组的80.77%(P<0.05)。研究组对护理满意率为98.08%,高于对照组的84.62%(P<0.05)。结论健康教育路径有效强化了初治肺结核患者对疾病健康知识的掌握程度,提高用药依从性及对护理工作的满意率,适于临床应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of the application of health education in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods May 2014- May 2015 period 104 cases of newly diagnosed TB patients in our hospital, according to the double-blind method 104 patients were divided into two groups, the study group(52 cases) and control group(52 example). The control group received routine health education programs, health education path intervention group. Results The study group on tuberculosis health overall grasp of knowledge significantly higher rate(98.08% vs 82.69%)(P〈0.05). TB drug study group was 96.15% higher than that of compliance 80.77%(P〈0.05). Study Group on Nursing satisfaction rate 98.08%, higher than the 84.62%(P〈0.05). Conclusion Health education path effectively strengthen the initial treatment of patients with pulmonary disease mastery of health knowledge, improve medication compliance and satisfaction of nursing work, suitable for clinical application.
