电解质和pH值对全肠道外营养液(TPN)稳定性的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的为确保全肠外营养液的有效性、安全性,临床观察营养液pH值以及电解质浓度对营养液的影响。方法选取4种不同电解质配置全肠道外营养液,观察不同时间段营养液pH值变化,使用光学显微镜观察溶液中脂肪乳微粒大小。结果一天内各时间段营养液pH值均稳定在一定范围内,观察3组与4组较观察1组pH值高,P<0.05,观察1组与2组pH值变化差异无统计学意义,P>0.05,观察1组与2组各时间段脂乳粒径大小无明显变化,观察3组与4组出现大于10μm的粒径。结论电解质浓度影响营养液pH值,pH值变化对营养液稳定性有重要影响,因此在配置以及输入营养液时要注意避免发生电解质沉淀、pH值过高或过低。 Objective To ensure the effectiveness and safety of TPN solution and observe the impact of pH value and electrolyte concentration on the solution. Methods Four kinds of TPN solutions with different electrolyte concentrations were selected. The value of pH at different time periods was observed. Through the optical microscope, the particle size of fat emulsion was observed. Results At the different time periods, ph value was quite stable. PH value for Group 3 and Group 4 was higher than that of Group 1(P〈0.05); pH value of Group 1 and Group 2 was not significantly different(P〉0.05); at each time period, the particle size of fat emulsion for Group 1 and Group 2 was not significantly different. Group 3and Group 4 had the particle that was greater than 10 μm. Conclusion The electrolyte concentration has an impact in the pH value of the solution. The changes of pH value have an important influence in the stability of the solution. For the blending and infusion of the solution, it needs to avoid the sediment of the electrolyte and greater fluctuation of ph value.
