摘要
针对来源复杂、差异化退役条件下日益增长的退役汽车,以高效利用、平衡生产为目的,设计了退役汽车拆解工艺流程,建立了退役汽车拆解生产线。通过对拆解生产线系统进行建模与仿真分析,研究了设备利用率、生产线平衡率与瓶颈工序问题,分析结果表明预处理和发动机总成拆取工序为退役汽车拆解生产线的瓶颈环节。最后针对仿真中出现的问题提出了改进措施,设备利用率提高到了71%以上,生产线平衡率由76.07%提高到了90.4%,有效地提高了生产效率。
For the growing retired vehicles which are fitting in complex sources and varied retired conditions,the retired vehicles dismantling process and the disassembly line were designed to achieve the efficient recycling and balancing production of retired vehicles resources.Through the model and simulation,studied the problems such as equipment utilization,the unbalance and bottlenecks of the disassembly line,the results showed that the process of pretreatment and engine assembly disassembly are the bottlenecks of the production line.At last equipment utilization was increased to more than 71%,the production line balance rate was increased from 76.07%to 90.4% after proposing improvement advices,which further enhanced the efficiency of the retired vehicles disassembly production line.
