摘要 研究了稀土熔盐电解废料的回收工艺,考查了粒度、温度、酸度和反应时间等条件对杂质浸出的影响。结果表明,浸出渣中残留的氧化钙含量随粒度减小、温度升高和反应时间的增加而减少。在选定条件下进行的放大实验中,主要非稀土杂质钙、铝和铁的去除率超过94%,制取的稀土氟化物和稀土氧化物质量均达到国家标准,稀土总收率达97.56%。 Recovery technology of molten salt waste in rare earth(RE) electrolysis was investigated, and the effects of particle size, temperature, acidity and reaction time on the leaching process were discussed. The results show that Ca O content in the leaching residue reduces with the increase of temperature and reaction time, and the decrease of particle size. After the large scale experiment with controlled conditions, the removal rate of the major non-rare earth impurities such as Ca O, Al_2O_3 and Fe_2O_3 exceeded 94%. The quality of the final RE fluoride and RE oxide were found to meet the requirement of the National standards with total recovery rate reaching 97.56%.
